Why eat a RAW VEGAN diet?

A raw vegan diet is a superior diet that provides all the essential nutrients your body needs. Raw foods are full of balanced high quality nutrition, natural water and fiber in perfect amounts for premium digestion. Raw foods are easily digested and assimilated. Cooked foods take much longer and cooked animal foods take days to digest during which time they rot inside your stomach.

There are many other benefits to eating a raw vegan diet than the incredible health you experience. Raw foods taste awesome so there isn’t a need for added salt, sugar, spice or condiments. Raw food is naturally pleasing to our taste buds because we were originally designed to eat them. We don’t have a natural instinct or the capability to hunt down animals and rip them apart with our teeth, so why would we desire to eat them at all? We are the only species who has gone against mother nature and away from our natural diet we were designed to eat. Plus, we are the only species that goes to doctors and yet we get sick all the time. Our domesticated animals are also sick because of the diet we’ve bestowed upon them. Read natural pet health for more information. Raw foods are the perfect fast food and fit right into our hands. In addition, raw food is easily prepared and much easier to clean up than cooked food which sticks to everything. With raw foods, you don’t have to own an oven, stove or even pots and pans. When you eat a raw vegan diet you’ll have no need to take additional vitamins or supplements. You can live free from disease and avoid the latest cold or flu when everyone around you gets sick. Your immune system is strong and can fight off virtually anything. You won’t have to succumb to doctors, drugs or medical procedures and you will age slowly. Raw foods also require minimal packaging so waste is reduced considerably. The leftover peels and such can easily be composted , enriching your garden soil. If you were to plant raw food, it would grow because it contains a life force inside its seeds. What happens when you plant cooked food? It rots. Raw food is alive, cooked food is dead. Raw foods give you more life and energy, cooked foods make you feel tired and dead. Cooked foods have little benefits while eating a raw vegan diet of fresh organic produce has numerous benefits for your health, body, mind and the environment.
