Tips on starting a Raw Vegan Diet
You know starting a raw vegan diet will provide the best health, but you don’t know how to transition. Here are some tips to getting started. Take it day by day and see how you feel as you begin to delete cooked foods and begin eating fresh fruits and veggies. Listen to what your body is telling you. Don't be to hard on yourself if you slip, just keep going. It will be worth your effort!
EAT FRESH LIVE FOODS
Increase your raw foods as much as possible, especially FRUIT! Ripe fruit should be the majority of your diet. Eat fruit at the beginning of every meal.
EAT ORGANIC FOODS
Reduce toxin intake of pesticides and get more nutrition per bite.
AVOID MEAT & ANIMAL BY-PRODUCTS
Don’t eat anything that once had a face! Animal fat is one of the leading causes of the number one killer, heart disease.
AVOID SALT & SPICES
Taste your food! You die from drinking sea water.. why would you eat salt in its concentrated form? Raw foods don’t require spices to taste good.
STOP DRINKING ALCOHOL AND SMOKING
You already know these are unhealthy and extremely harmful. They contain toxins and ciggerettes are carcinogenic.
