Raw Scone Recipe

Blueberry or Cranberry Walnut

4 cups dried coconut
4 apples
4 medium carrots
4 cups almonds- soaked
3 cups walnuts- chopped
2 ½ cups dates- pitted & soaked
2 cups golden flax seeds- ground in coffee grinder
2 cups dried apples
2 cups blueberries or cranberries (fresh are best, frozen work too)
2 cups raisins- soaked
½ cup coconut oil -melted
2 tsp cinnamon

In food processor, chop each of the following ingredients separately, apples, carrots, almonds, dates and dried apples, then add to large bowl. Add remaining into large bowl and mix all together with your hands. Spread evenly about ½" high in a circle on a teflex dehydrator sheet. Cut into pie shapes and dehydrate for approximately 10 hours at 110 degrees. Should be slightly crunchy on outside edges and chewy in the middle. Refrigerate or freeze after two days. Makes A LOT!!
