We try our best to give exact measurements, however, it's often hard when using fruit. You may find if your fruit isn't as sweet, you'll need to adjust the measurement. One benefit of preparing raw meals is that they are easily adjusted and modified to taste... you're not stuck with something that was baked with to much or not enough of something.
