RAW CINNANUT CEREAL RECIPE

Raw Cinnanut Cereal is quick and easy to prepare. Great for transitioning off of regular cereal. This one tastes just like apple cinnamon cherrios but much healthier and sugar and preservative free! Takes less than five minutes to prepare. This is enough portion for one bowl of cereal. I think this is best eaten for dinner after a fruit snack than for breakfast but it's yummy anytime.

½ cup Raw cashews
1 large or 2 medium fresh squeezed oranges-juiced with pulp (Valencia are best)
¼ cup dried unsulphured apples- cut into small pieces
Sprinkle of cinnamon
Dash of nutmeg (optional)

Combine all ingredients in bowl and enjoy! Add a sliced banana on top for some extra fruit consumption.
