Natural Sun Bathing

The Importance of The Sun

Do you know the importance of natural sun bathing? Most people are misinformed about the sun. If you look at other cultures such as Africa, you will find there is no skin cancer. Why? People there do not hide inside from the sunshine, nor do they wear sunscreens, lotions and glasses. We NEED the sun to benefit our health. We’ve grown up hearing others tell us that the sun is dangerous, and while that may be true for prolonged exposure, it’s simply incorrectly stated. We are taught not to stare at the sun with no validation, but yet we all stare at the television which can damage our eyes horribly. Of course, it’s important that we don’t burn our skin, so to avoid this we can easily wear a hat or light clothing. Our bodies produce essential vitamins (vitamin D) that we cannot get sufficiently from other sources. Natural sun bathing can alkalize the body, reduce depression, strengthen our immune system and heal disease among many other benefits. Plants require the sun to grow through photosynthesis, so why would we think we would not require the sun as well? The sun enters through our eyes and stimulates energy through our entire body. Read about sun gazing. This method tells of many other advantages to looking at the sun by standing on the bare earth and absorbing the energy. Although, they may take it a little to far by not eating. You body NEEDS to eat!

Why is natural sun bathing important NUDE? Think about this for a minute… all the body parts you have that tend to stink are the ones that never get sun exposure.. the armpits, genitals, feet, mouth..etc. When we expose ourselves to the sun, it has a cleansing effect and you can adequatley produce vitamin D.

What’s SAFE sun exposure? At an absolute minimum, our bodies need no less than 15 minutes a day between the hours of 10:00a.m. and 2:00p.m. to fully take advantage of the sun’s rays. As you begin to stay in the sun daily, you can then slowly increase the amount of time your exposed without burning. Once you get use to the sun, your body will naturally turn tan and your chances of burning will lessen.
