Fruit Smoothie Recipes

You're going to need a high powered blender to make these fruit smoothie recipes easier and more enjoyable. I recommend the KTEC CHAMP or the VITAMIX. Note that measurements are all approximates.. you can't really screw these up if you add a little more or less of the amount given.

Check back --I'll be adding more SOON!

TROPICAL SATISFACTION

Meat & Juice from one young coconut
1/4 of a pineapple
Flesh of 1 mango (fresh or frozen)
1/4 papaya (fresh or frozen)

BLEND!

A' LA BERRY

1/2 pound strawberries (fresh or frozen)
1/2 pint raspberries (fresh or frozen)
1/2 pint blueberries or blackberries (fresh or frozen)
water or nut milk to blend. (use nut milk for a more creamy delight)

If you want your smoothie cold, choose only one fruit in it's frozen form and the rest fresh. Start with blending the strawberries and blueberries, then add the raspberries or blackberries and blend until smooth. Be sure not to blend seeded berries to much.
