-ways to reduce stress-
It’s time to de-stress and benefit your health considerably. Stress can cause all sorts of problems including suppressing your immune system and disease. We all have stress, it’s just how we manage it and reduce it that is important. When we keep our load light, our bodies can release unwanted tension and work on other things like improving our health.
Good ways to reduce and deal with stress:
1. Walk more. Driving is stressful, and even more so when your talking on a cell phone.
2. Simplify and
organize.
3. Practice having a positive attitude and
being happy.
4. Listen to relaxing music.
5. Take an afternoon break.
6. Quit using an alarm clock. What an obnoxious way to wake up!
7. Don’t read or watch the news. It fills your mind with very stressful situations and images.
8. Get out of debt.
9. Get a pet.
10. Soak in a hot bath.
11. Use aromatherapy.
12. Get sufficient
sleep.
13. Do something creative. Fix a meal, paint a picture, do a craft..etc.
